Rental Policies / FAQ
Answer: Our condo sleeps 4 (one queen bed, one queen sofabed).
Question: Are there additional charges?
Answer: State and county taxes will be collected in addition to the rent (currently approximately 14%). There is a $45 reservation fee. Reservations made on a credit card are subject to a 4.1% convenience fee.
Question: Is there a cleaning fee?
Answer: No. The cleaning fee is included in the rental fees.
Question: Is there a minimum age to rent?
Answer: Yes, the minimum age is 25. Of course, other occupants can be any age!
Question: What is your pet/smoking policy?
Answer: Our condo is a strictly a non-smoking residence. Also, no pets are allowed.
Question: How is the security deposit handled?
Answer: You have a choice of a $45 non-refundable premium or a $200 security deposit which is fully refundable within 45-days if there is no damage to the condo.
Question: Are linens provided?
Answer: Sheets are available for rental from the property management.
Question: What is provided in the condo?
Answer: We strive to provide everything needed for your comfort (and continue to take suggestions). Wireless internet is provided, DVD player, washing machine/dryer inside the condo, coffee machine, and a well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, glassware, silverware, etc.
